4. Subscriptions and In-App Purchases

Some applications may offer premium features through subscriptions, one-time purchases, lifetime purchases, or other in-app purchases.

• Purchases are processed by Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
• Prices are shown in your local currency before purchase.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
• You can manage or cancel subscriptions through your Apple ID or Google Play account settings.
• Refunds are handled by Apple App Store or Google Play Store according to their policies.
• We do not receive or store your payment card details.
• Premium access may be managed using third-party purchase management services such as RevenueCat.

5. Free Trials

Some subscriptions may include a free trial. If a free trial is offered, the duration and billing details will be shown before purchase.

• You will not be charged during the free trial period.
• If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription may automatically renew as a paid subscription.
• Free trial availability may be limited to new subscribers only.

6. Advertising

Some applications may display advertisements. Ads may be provided by third-party advertising networks such as Google AdMob or similar providers.

Advertising may be personalized or non-personalized depending on your consent, device settings, region, and applicable law.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use our services for unlawful, harmful, fraudulent, or abusive purposes.
• Attempt to bypass paywalls, subscriptions, ads, security systems, or usage limits.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, modify, or extract source code from our applications.
• Copy, resell, sublicense, or redistribute our applications or services without permission.
• Interfere with the normal operation of our applications or services.
• Upload, generate, or distribute content that violates laws or third-party rights.
• Use automated systems to abuse, scrape, or overload our services.

8. User Content

Some applications may allow you to enter, create, save, upload, or generate content. You retain ownership of content you create or provide.

By using features that process your content, you grant us a limited right to store, process, display, or transmit that content only as necessary to provide the app functionality.

You are responsible for ensuring that your content does not violate applicable laws, platform policies, or third-party rights.

• AI output should be reviewed before use.
• We do not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or suitability of AI-generated content.
• AI features may be subject to usage limits, subscription requirements, or fair-use policies.
• You should not submit sensitive, confidential, or unlawful content into AI features unless the app clearly supports such use.

10. Health, Finance, Education, and Utility Disclaimer

Some applications may provide calculators, guides, educational information, lifestyle tools, health-related estimates, finance-related estimates, or other utility features.

Such information is provided for general informational purposes only and should not be considered professional medical, legal, financial, tax, career, or other expert advice. Always consult a qualified professional where appropriate.

11. Intellectual Property

Our applications, designs, graphics, code, trademarks, logos, text, templates, and other materials are owned by us or licensed to us.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from our intellectual property without written permission.

12. Third-Party Services

Our total liability for any claim related to our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific application or service during the twelve months before the claim, or USD 10 if no payment was made.

You may stop using our applications at any time. We may suspend or terminate access to our services if you violate these Terms, misuse our services, or create legal, security, or operational risk.

18. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where the publisher operates, unless local consumer protection laws require otherwise.

Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you may have under mandatory consumer protection laws in your country or region.
